Dennis in the truck shop ran into a snag in my repair issue, but he stuck with it until he figured it out. Craig Baxley coordinated everything and I felt that my status as a customer was the most important thing on everyone's minds. I will NEVER take my vehicles back to Jerry Hamm. More
