Nimnicht Chevrolet - Service Center

Communication was horrible - service was horrible. I love the Nimnicht at the Avenues. The Nimnicht on Casset Ave. will never see my vehicle again. They cost me extra money on rental and my back windo I love the Nimnicht at the Avenues. The Nimnicht on Casset Ave. will never see my vehicle again. They cost me extra money on rental and my back window was broken by them or tow truck and left in the rain for five days. The manager told me they vacuum the glass out - did not. Then the manager sent me a bill four days later that I refused to pay where he screwed up the warranty bill. Never again will I let my Chevrolet serviced here. 09/06/2023 called Joey Toole after seeing his response from Nimnicht and he said he why don’t I get my insurance company to pay for the damages - I informed him insurance company doesn’t pay for back glass and shouldn’t have to pay for damages done by the dealership/tow truck company. I went and got an estimate for 3077$ worth of damage to the truck. Mr. Toole did say he would help me with warranty group and he would fix the communication issues with his department. He did return my call the same day to inform me he would need another day to get information - then crickets. It has been over a week and no phone call. As previously stated in first review my vehicle will never see this dealership again. Customer service is not there. More

Rodney in service was the best to work with, he knew exactly what the problem was and searched my warranty to get my issued fixed. I have no idea how your rating is a 4. 9. Your service department is the WORST. Employee's do not call back as they say. They do not listen to their messages. Never Ever has one person foll 9. You feel as if you are imposing on their space when you walk into the service departments office. They have absolutely no chairs in the service department ( I would think that would be a courtesy to the senior citizens). After all the elderly buy cars and trucks too. I have bought several trucks and automobiles from Nimnicht, Never again. The sales has always been very pleasant, but let's face it, they have to be to sell a vehicle.
