I bought the best truck I've ever owned from the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. The lies over the phone about incentives to get me there apparently is the norm. They scratched my new truck during a oil change and not only called me a liar, but had a independent source to repair it outside in bad conditions. It turned out to be worse than the scratch. I paid $1300. To get it fixed elsewhere out of my pocket. They made it clear it wasn't there concern to make it right More
First impression was very good. I test drove a car that I was interested in getting for a family member and stated I would come back. Maintained phone call contact with the Internet sales person "Zak" and st was interested in getting for a family member and stated I would come back. Maintained phone call contact with the Internet sales person "Zak" and stated that we were driving from Rockwall and were stuck in some traffic - knowing that they were closing at 7pm, I asked if they were open to staying laters to close a sale. He stated that "truth be told, I live in McKinney and was looking to get back home early.. (Who says that in a sales position?), So I asked if there was someone else there to close a sale. He stayed but made a point to tell us that he did and that his Dad was working in the back?? Like others have stated, becomes rude "all prices are non negotiable" pulls out some xx car pricing and when I state that I dont want their Car Tire option for $270+ dollars, nor their Windshield repair for another $250+. will not remove them. When I ask if he will take the $500 off the price - again barks Prices are non negotiable and states that its because we are using our own bank for financing and not his in house. I state that I am putting $10k down on a 15k vehicle... Just lost a sale over $500 and a crappy attitude. More

A typical case of false advertising on price. They set their price very low for the online fish bait. Once you are in the dealership, they have 3 "adds" that are apparently non-optional. One for the Tire and Wheel protection (might have actually considered this one). The last was the craziest I have ever seen. It was for "Cleaning the car" $1,299, fo them to detail, and certify the car, as CPO. There was zero chance I was paying for this fee, as that should be part of any car buying. Certified pre-owned is more intense, I understand, but not 1299 worth. Management did negotiate the price of the "Cleaning" a little, but would not remove, and would not touch the other two. I walked, and they were happy to let me. I drove into Dallas the next day, and found the same car, with only 4,000 more miles, for $800 less.....and most importantly, NO REQUIRED ADDS. Save yourself some time, skip this place. More

When they emailed me later on that if I referred someone to the salesman that I bought from, Gary Guyette that they’d pay $150 so I sent my friend to buy a truck and he did, the salesman said he had it all set up but the check never came... so I reached out to Gary about the status of the check just trying to see if things were in order he wouldn’t respond to the messages I sent so I reached out to his personal number in case the other number I had wasn’t working anymore and he responded until I told him what I was asking about and now he doesn’t respond... very sketchy!! I’ll be sending my other friends and family to donaghe ford where we purchased another vehicle from honest folks More

Scheduled Maintenance Had a 3'o clock appointment to have my tires rotated and oil change.
