Do Not Recommend I came in initially for an oil change, but told them I have a leak in my tire that needed to be fixed as it was leaking bad and asked them to check th I came in initially for an oil change, but told them I have a leak in my tire that needed to be fixed as it was leaking bad and asked them to check that and a popping noise. Also asked to let me know if I need brakes. After the oil change, my car was brought back after I watched someone driving around in circles in the parking lot in my car. I thought they were checking my issues. Nope. He said he didn’t know nothing about checking nothing. He said he just liked driving my car because it was big, roomy, had heated and cooled seats, etc. Really? The service advisor I checked in with was MIA when my car was returned. I waited a bit, but I needed to get back to work so I asked another service advisor if they could check me out as the other service advisor never returned. He tried to give me the wrong key fob, even after I told him it wasn’t mine. I had to make the car beep to prove it wasn’t for my car. I got the right key fob, then he said have a nice day. I hadn’t even paid for my service or received the paper with the inspection of the tire or if I needed brakes. He picked up a paper and tried to hand it to me and said have a nice day. The paper wasn’t mine. I said, I’m not Bernice. He said, yeah, you don’t look like a Bernice. Then he asked me my name and went and printed my paper and asked me to pay. No report on my issues as was requested. When I asked about the leaking tire, brakes, and popping, the adjuster just said, I don’t know. At that point, I was aggravated and just had to get back to work. I’m assuming my tires were just rotated as the leaking tire is now in a different location, but were evidently aired up. The PSI on that tire dropped the whole time I drove back to work (2-3 miles) to just about not driveable because the PSI dropped so low. Just wow. I do not recommend this service center at all. Edited to add: I just tried to submit this form, and it’s making choose a name of a person I worked with. There is no option for “I don’t know” and I have no idea who any of the people were, so I’m choosing all management and administration. More
