He really took the time to listen to all of my concerns as well as find out everything I was looking my car buying experience today was a great one. I didn't feel pressured because he was more focused on going through my options and assisting me in the process of everything, than pushing or persuading me to trade in my car and buy a new one. He's not the only salesman as Nissan of Cool Springs who have been great about taking care of me, which is why I have returned. LJ was patient, thorough, and timely.. Eric was belittling, cocky, and a flat out jerk. He provided no clarity. My husband and I were Shocked at the “deal” he tried to give us through a speech that went like “let me talk to you like I’m you provided no clarity. I do not recommend working with Eric Roundy if your looking for a car at nissan of cool springs go to someone else. My husband and I walked out of Nissan with six hours of our day wasted and Eric being belittling. We approached him and told him how we felt and he didn’t make eye contact. DO NOT USE HIM. More
