After a test drive the next day, a night to sleep on the decision and some research through Consumer Reports, they were spot on. I bought the car today, 2 days after my first visit. I never visited another dealership. Alan was personable, professional, and very easy to work with. Supported by Eric (management) and the business office staff, they were efficient, helpful, and very easy to work with.
