Worst experience I have ever had dealing with Nissan of Cool Springs was dealing with Connor. His responses were that he believed we could hit our deal really close, instead I was greeted with a $10,000.00 payment. I have purchased 5 or 6 vehicles from Nissan of Cool Springs but as long as he works there, I will not be purchasing another one. Additionally, not one person on the staff was wearing a mask. They waited to see if I was going to take mine off before they put theirs on. Update: Eric, the GM, apologized for his Sales Manager’s behavior & we were able to come to an agreement. I recently found myself with a car 'problem' and had to have my car towed to Nissan of Cool Springs. The problem was actually with the battery, which had somehow leaked acid to such a degree that the batte have my car towed to Nissan of Cool Springs. The problem was actually with the battery, which had somehow leaked acid to such a degree that the battery terminal had disintegrated. My extended warranty did not cover this issue, although I was grateful it covered the tow truck to get it to the dealership. I was concerned that the quick answer about the coverage was a 'pat answer' and I wanted to make certain it wasn't covered since this was not a typical battery failure incident. JB Harrison, the service rep, was very accommodating and professional. He took my concern to Mark Hepler, whose title is Fixed Operations Director, who was also very gracious. He had me into his office, explained the warranty policy, and offered to extend some goodwill towards me, as my entire family is a 'Nissan family' and have all gotten our cars there. In this unfortunate battery situation, Nissan of Cool Springs, and Mark Hepler showed loyalty to me as a Nissan customer and a measure of generosity in reducing the cost of the repair that I gladly welcomed. I appreciate the professionalism, the way they dealt with my concern/inquiry by taking the time to understand and explain...and all for a discounted rate. Customer service and loyalty like that is not common these days, so it really stands out when you encounter such service. Thank you, Nissan of Cool Springs! More

The dealership is nice and clean. The buying process takes way too long and is slow and frustrating. Sold me a used car that had an open recall on it that now I have to get taken care of. They should have done this prior to putting the car on their lot. I did look over the car fax but thought the recall was taken care of but after further investigation it was not fixed you guys are the carfax experts and should know how to read them and inform your customers how to fully read and under them as if I had realized that the recall was not done I would not have purchased the car. Disappointing especially from a high end dealership that also sells new cars. More
