Pleasant, no pressure, friendly From the moment we contacted this dealership, it was a pleasant experience. We were driving over 3 hours to their dealership to see the vehicle that matched our want list exactly, so we were hoping for a positive experience. They were so professional, friendly and courteous from the moment we arrived. Our salesman, Donald, was kind, friendly and respectful and did not hover. He let us have our space to go over the vehicle ourselves and was not pushy at all during the negotiation process. The vehicle was super clean and waxed to a mirror shine. (We had seen some at other dealerships that didn't care to even clean the dirt from interior/exterior.) What impressed me also was that members of their staff who were not involved in our deal would stop and say hello and engage in friendly conversation. Everyone seemed to be very positive. That really helped what can be a very stressful situation turn out to be pretty painless. Thank you, Nissan of Cool Springs for making our car buying experience a great one. :) More

Bishoy went over all the payment options with me and helped me find the best deal for me. He was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend him. He then sent me to Austin for financing who was also wonderful, explained things well, and helped me get the best deal. Both visits (since I had to pick up my car after it was retrieved) were efficient and excellent. Great guys! More
