Performance Review I came in for a factory recall notice for the brake system and was surprised when notified the rotors could not be turned due to excessive wear and vi I came in for a factory recall notice for the brake system and was surprised when notified the rotors could not be turned due to excessive wear and visually saw no such severe grooving. The brake pads could be replaced of course but at the very high price quoted will not occur at this service facility, almost $1300 is entirely too costly for this work. I was also surprised when charged for a simple tire rotation and a disposal fee was added to that cost. There was nothing to be disposed of. I have thoroughly enjoyed my Nissan Murano and highly recommend Nissan automobiles as they are very reliable automobiles but after this visit, I may be looking for service elsewhere. More

Best Car-Buying Experience This was the best car-buying experience I've had! All of the employees I spoke with were fantastic. Very personable and zero pressure. We got off to a slow start as I had trouble getting in contact with employees in Internet Sales. Both of the two employees I was dealing with Kyle Stewart and E Price went on vacation and did not make customers aware, so I received no response. James Haynes shined as my primary salesman and resource! When arriving for an appointment with Kyle Steward, I found that he was out of the office. James came to the front desk and scooped me up, helping me with all of my questions. He ensured I had everything I needed while completing the paperwork and was very supportive. The Finance Department was also stellar in customer service. The only hiccup I experienced is after the purchase, tags and titling was a bit of a mess. I was a little stranded by the Department. However, I am still a BIG fan and plan to make all future purchases at Nissan of Cool Springs! More

No pressure, no gimmicks, no deception, no games. Jack only wanted to know what I wanted to pay and what he could do to get me into the car that day. It was that easy. The sales and finance staff at Nissan of Cool Springs was friendly and accommodating. It made buying the car an easy decision.
