I went in to replace my car that was recently totalled and had the pleasure of working with Khan again. Khan knew I was coming to look at a specific car and had it ready to test drive as soon as I arrived and had the pleasure of working with Khan again. Khan knew I was coming to look at a specific car and had it ready to test drive as soon as I arrived. There was no pressure to look at other vehicles and the financing process was a breeze. While we waited for the paperwork to be processed, Khan showed me around making sure I knew where service and parts were located, got us drinks from the lounge area, and took the time to explain how to use the optional services and warranties I purchased. In financing I was assisted by David who again was fantastic. He explained the extra coverages like GAP that I could add and made sure I understood the payment amount I was agreeing to. The entire buying process was easy and fun. I have already recommended Elk Grove Nissan and these two gentleman to several friends and family members. More
