I filled out my application Thursday night afterhours and by Friday morning Mitch gave me a call to talk about what type of vehicle I was interested in financing. I came to purchase a Nissan Altima 2020 and a few days of thinking it over, I switched to wanting to purchase a Q60. Gerlie responds very well to customers. Most of the time, people are afraid of dealing with people in dealerships because they think they are always out to get you and scam you, but this is not the case with her. If it was, then she would not have waited to submit my credit application and instead just submitted it with an "assumption" that I was okay with it. Instead, she told me she was going to wait and find out before submitting it as it is a hard inquiry on your report so it's pretty important when choosing to submit these things or not. Also, Gerlie is very helpful with answering any questions you may have. Not everyone knows everything, but is very important to be honest when you do not know something rather than lie and pretend you know something when you know you don't. With Gerlie, I asked various questions and some of them she did not know the answer but, and openly admitted that she does not know so she will go find out the answer for me -- in which she did. Honesty is also rare to come by nowadays, especially in dealerships. If I were to purchase another vehicle again through Nissan Dealership of Elk Grove, I would not mind working with Gerlie once again! A+++ service the entire way through, keeps her word, and is above all, honest and keeps it real with you.
