I let the receptionist know the vehicle I was looking for a From the first call to Nissan of EG I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service. I let the receptionist know the vehicle I was looking for and that I wanted to speak with a sale representative that had good knowledge of the Leaf and she connected me with Steve Karsten. Steve took the time to answer the multitude of questions I had over the phone. Steve answered every question I had flawlessly and was very patient. I advised Steve that I was having a difficult time locating the very specific build that I was looking for and sure enough he was able to locate exactly what I wanted in their inventory (Nissan of Elk Grove had the largest and most diverse selection out of any dealership in a 50 mile radius and probably further). Steve worked with me prior to coming in for my appointment to make sure that he had everything needed prior to me coming in. Once I arrived we took the test drive, signed the docs, got instant 0% approval and then moved on to Mr. Jambert Corpus in finance to finish up the docs. Jambert was able to get processed quickly and was very informative about the process. All in all the entire purchase process took less than an hour and a half. Everyone at Nissan of EG was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely go back for any future purchases and recommend them to all my friends and family.
