Excellent customer service and such a quick transaction! My trade in 350z had 264,000 miles and had some body damage but they were VERY generous with a trade in price to help us meet our budget for a newer vehicle. Shay was extremely knowledgeable about our vehicle and Vu was extremely efficient and knowledgeable with our financing. We are nearing 60 years old and this was the best experience we've ever had buying a vehicle! We love this dealership! They totally outshine any dealership in Sacramento! He tried to make us feel comfortable through the process and even brainstormed with him. He went the extra mile by providing us something to drink and snacks. He understood where we are coming from and so I did not feel like it was us against them. Sales should be that where it is a mutual benefit. Definitely coming back should we buy another car.
