It was probably even the most fastest efficient purchase of a car I have made. Uriel took us for a test drive and wad beryl knowledgeable about the inventory. He was helpful and not at all pushy which, of course, is the reputation. Darian helped me get the exact color of car insurance wanted, and I couldn't be more excited. I don't feel like I settled in any aspect. He was also incredibly knowledgeable about all the inventory. The team was very impressive and friendly. I also had my 2 kids under the age of five with us and we felt welcome and the staff even made sure we had snacks available. Jambert, who we signed papers with was sharp and elaborated on any concerns we had and even gave my kids highlighters to draw with. They followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. I really appreciate being able to ask them any question, no matter how "silly" I think it is. Not only did he give me a great deal on the car, he also did everything he could to make sure I was set. For example, I couldn't figure out the sensor under the trunk that opens the trunk for you. I took it to service who said I would need an appointment and come back at that time. Anthony looked at it immediately and figured out it was working just fine I was using it incorrectly. I didn't have to wait hours for a service representative or make an appointment and come back later just to have them tell me it worked fine. He looked at it immediately. He was professional and checked up on me to make sure the car was working great. Also the other associate who helped me while I was waiting for Anthony was Jay Yu. He also was very knowledgable and both guys knew their stuff! They didn't have to read the paper to see what the car included and didn't include. Yes, other dealers had to read it off the paper on the cars I won't say which one. Anyone who needs a car should go to Anthony!! More
