By the time I got in the door with my wife and son, I already had an idea how the car buying experience would be, judging from Mitch's friendly behavior, and overall knowledge of the business. As expected, we were in there for a few hours, but even when we were waiting in the lounge when the car was getting detailed, Mitch kept checking up on us and even brought snacks for my 3 yr old son.
