We were directed to Tyler who was wonderful, he educated us on the leaf and helped us understand the logistics around using the car for a commuter vehicle. Tyler was patient and professional, he helped us make the best decision on our new vehicle and we are both (my wife Kelli and I) are very happy with the purchase. My son Ben will be looking for a new car in the Fall and I will encourage him to go talk with Tyler. Jambert Corpus - Jambert was very helpful in making sure we had the correct coverage. He discovered through our conversation that I drive 100 miles each day and he made sure we were locked in with the correct bumper to bumper before we left. More

An "Excellent" car buying experience While looking for a new vehicle for my wife we had visited this dealership twice trying to decide between the Murano and several other manufacturers While looking for a new vehicle for my wife we had visited this dealership twice trying to decide between the Murano and several other manufacturers vehicles. Each time we were treated with attention, courtesy and respect. Very much a VIP experience. When when we decided on the Murano, we called Omar, who gave us the out the door price, no hassle, located the vehicle we wanted and made an appointment for us to inspect and purchase. The process of taking delivery was quick and efficient. Kevin Watkins was assigned to assist us in the test drive, inspection and vehicle features review. During the process he like Omar displayed a superior knowledge of the vehicle, a desire to make our experience pleasant, and treated us with just the right amount of courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness. Kudos to the entire staff. A day after delivery we had a minor problem that had to be taken care of prior to the vehicle being driven. We contacted Omar and Kevin for their advise, and Keven volunteered to drive 40 miles to our home to personally fix the problem. Now, that is service above and beyond. Fortunately they were able to give me instructions over the phone that fixed the problem. Our experience with Finance was equally pleasant and fast. I would unhesatatinly recommend this dealership and staff to anyone. More
