Difficult Situation I walked into the dealership anticipating that I would leave with a used vehicle off the lot that I had found online. Upon arrival I was greeted with I walked into the dealership anticipating that I would leave with a used vehicle off the lot that I had found online. Upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm atmosphere. I had spoken to Enith on the phone before making the drive to Elk Grove Nissan and she said she would see if she could find the cars I asked about and maybe a couple more that might work for me. Talking to Enith about the car I had found she sadly told me that it had been sold earlier in the day but that there were several other cars in the same price range that might work.. I have challenged credit and was convinced I would not be able to get a brand new car given my situation. She was showing me several other used vehicles and none of them were what I was looking for or needed. We went back inside the dealership where she had me fill out a credit app and start the process. At this point I was disappointed and fully convinced I was wasting their time and mine. The finance manager came out and spoke to me and was honest and supportive of the situation and said he would work hard to get me approved. In less than an hour he came back out and said he could get me into a 2015 Nissan Versa My mouth hit the floor, there was no way I even expected to get a newer vehicle let alone a brand new car. Enith brought the car around out of the rain for me to test drive. I like the vehicle, its not exactly what I wanted but given the situation I was in financially and with my credit the way it was, it was perfect. The little car if super cute and fun to drive as well as great on gas. It is going to be a wonderful car to get me through nursing school. Thank you again to the wonderful team that helped me get my new car. I could not have done it without your years of experience and desire to help me out. I will bring my business back to your dealership when the time comes for me to upgrade my car!! More

Everyone took time to answer all my questions. Nissan of Elk Grove is 100 times better than some sneaky dealerships that will say anything to get you to drive 100 miles just to get you to come down and then say "oh sorry, the car in the color you wanted that we had a couple of hours ago was just sold" and then try to get you to buy something else. The additional 100,000 mile/10-year power train warranty and life-time free car washes were icing on the cake. Nissan of Elk Grove was also recommended to me by Jerry Reynolds (The Car Pro Guy) so I knew I could not go wrong. More
