I never thought it would be so easy getting a new car after having tried acquiring a used car through a friend. But working with Jambert while being upfront about my financial situation and capabilities was the best decision I could have ever made. Not only did he find me the right deal that fit within my budget, he's given me an opportunity to improve my finances and build the credit history I'll need to improve my quality of life in so many ways I haven't been able to accomplish yet, and within a few days I was driving away with my first new vehicle of my own, on my own. Nissan of Elk Grove Creme De La Creme I decided to purchase a new Nissan Rogue earlier this year. I visited the local dealerships in my area an was instantly put off by the stereo typical I decided to purchase a new Nissan Rogue earlier this year. I visited the local dealerships in my area an was instantly put off by the stereo typical pushy sales people who were commission friendly instead of customer friendly. So I shopped around online and requested an online quote from Nissan of Elk Grove. Omar Bubaker followed up with me on the quote. I let him know exactly what I wanted and he actually listened. It was just before the 2015 Rogues arrived I decided to wait until they were available. Omar helped me to get an unbelievable price on the car and even better financing. He went over beyond my expectations and actually drove my new car to get it photographed for my insurance company because I live out of the area. When my fiance and I arrived to purchase the new Rogue, everyone at the dealership was friendly and very accommodating. Omar was great and was able to finish up our paperwork in no time and give us a tutorial on how to use all of the technology on the car then it was time to go to the finance department. I always dreaded going to the finance department until today. Joe Luiz made everything so easy. He explained everything thoroughly and was eager to help us and answer our questions. "Best car buying experience of my lifetime" My Wife and I searched for a month. We visited over 20 dealerships and scoured the internet. Strangely enough what caught my attention on the internet My Wife and I searched for a month. We visited over 20 dealerships and scoured the internet. Strangely enough what caught my attention on the internet was the owners fat cartoon head logo. I loved it for some reason. We had our car choices down to 3 vehicles. Two of the vehicles were from competitors other than Nissan. We had been to a few Nissan dealerships near our house and our experiences were exactly how we viewed car buying to be and we didn't like it and left. I talked my wife into taking a 135 mile drive to Elk Grove because online they had a huge selection and numerous choices. My wife would be able to see everything Nissan had to offer in one place and we could scratch them off the list and be done with looking at Nissan as an option. After the long drive and upon entering the facility I was greeted with the most heartfelt and happy greeting as if I was a family member by Darrell Cluck. This was very different from what other dealerships had done. He guided us to Destiny Hubbard who was amazing. This young lady was on the ball answering questions left and right and also brought us numerous cars to test out with never once pressuring us. She truly is a diamond in the rough for whatever she does in life. My wife and I were blown away and decided on buying a Murano. This led us to financing with Vu Huynh. This is the second part of car buying I usually don't like. Vu was just as awesome as Darrell and Destiny. He really topped off this purchase. Darrell came by and thanked us again and wished us well. Matt Bassett introduced himself and said thanks. Destiny went over the car one last time and asked if we needed anything further and sent us on our way. I'd give 3 thumbs up if I had them. More

New Altima purchase My initial inquiry was answered by Omar Bubakar. I made an appointment to stop by on Sunday at 11:45, but I ended up getting there at 10;45. I was dri My initial inquiry was answered by Omar Bubakar. I made an appointment to stop by on Sunday at 11:45, but I ended up getting there at 10;45. I was driving up from the Bay Area. I emailed him letting him know I would be there at that time, and he said to ask for Allan. When I arrived Allan greeted me, and he did everything possible for me to be comfortable. He answered all my questions, provided advise on certain things I shared, and was very understanding of my situation. Once the deal was done and I went to Finance, Joe Luiz was also very nice. I am going to say this again since I said ti when I purchased my Sentra. In the past I have purchased a Mercedes Benz and when comparing the customer service, Nissan of Elk Grove surpasses Mercedes by far. I went back to Nissan of Elk Grove because when I first bought my Sentra I really liked their service and how they treated me.
