Nissan of Elk Grove

I'm a bit late on writing this review, but what better day than today to say THANK YOU. A few weeks back I came into Nissan Of Elk Grove to trade in my 2010 Sentra that I purchased from MAITA NISSA better day than today to say THANK YOU. A few weeks back I came into Nissan Of Elk Grove to trade in my 2010 Sentra that I purchased from MAITA NISSAN (horrible dealership, wish I would've known better) for an Infiniti G37. Unfortunately, they didn't have a G37 in stock, so NATALIE MCHUGHES showed me a very similar, cheaper, fully loaded (white) Nissan Altima Coupe. I immediately fell in love with that car and was saddened to hear that it would be difficult for me to get it, because I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER. Because of some shady business at MAITA NISSAN, I had no record of actually being financed a car which I paid for the past TWO YEARS. I was very upset to hear this news, but NATALIE made sure that I drove off with a different car that would actually help build my credit. Due to some complications, I wasn't able to drive off that first day but 3 days later, I DID. And I must say, this car buying experience this time around was so much more amazing than the previous. I wish I would've gone to NISSAN OF ELK GROVE first. Natalie McHughes was extremely helpful, caring, friendly and fun! She totally made me feel comfortable and now because of her, I'm in my dream car. THANK YOU NISSAN OF ELK GROVE, AND THANK YOU NATALIE MCHUGHES. Happy Thanksgiving! More

Billy Saeteurn in the parts department is phenomenal when it comes to dealing with Nissan parts. I’ve been using Billy since Ron retired and Billy is always on point. He practically knows parts numbers by he it comes to dealing with Nissan parts. I’ve been using Billy since Ron retired and Billy is always on point. He practically knows parts numbers by heart. He’s great with collision link orders. And even better with returning calls if he’s busy. Billy is always consistent with parts orders. My orders with Billy are never wrong. He orders by VIN and not the parts numbers we give him. Times of deliveries are always on time. Billy is the man!!! I wish Nissan of Elk Grove would have more than one Billy Saeteurn!!!! More

Anthony Glover really took the time provide excellence customer service to my father and I. Not only did he do his best to work with us in getting the car, he took the time to get to know us on a personal customer service to my father and I. Though it took time, Tommy Davis made the rest of the financial part of the transaction very smooth. Dealership was great but only one negative buying experience. Finance manager, David Hidalgo, is too pushy. He uses "fear" tactic in trying to convince (or pressure) customer to purchase service pla experience. Finance manager, David Hidalgo, is too pushy. He uses "fear" tactic in trying to convince (or pressure) customer to purchase service plans. David became annoyed when declined. And worst of all, he vented his "anger" at the salesperson. David didn't give customer a chance to think it over nor did he mention that customer has 30 days to consider the service plan. I recommend any potential buyer to insist for other finance manager.
