My husband and I went to Nissan of Elk Grove to 'look' at either a car or small SUV. We met Anthony Glover, who assisted us in showing us our options. Since we really weren't sure what we wanted and had never looked at Nissan before, he was very informative about the vehicles, giving us the pros and cons of each vehicle in regards to what we wanted to use it for. We narrowed our selection to a Murano and an Altima, but I still couldn't make up my mind. He was very patient and understanding and suggested we drive both to get a better feel for each vehicle. Once we got into the Murano, I knew this was what I wanted. Now to pick out the color. Again, I couldn't make up my mind, so Anthony located the colors we were interested in and brought them next to each other to make it easier for us to decide. During the entire process (which I kind of made a long one, not being able to make up my mind), Anthony was very patient, friendly, professional and provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a car dealership. Buying a car is a big decision, which isn't always easy, but Anthony really helped us! I never felt any pressure during the entire process. Oh and by the way, Nissan gave us top dollar for our trade-in, which made it an even better experience! Thank you Anthony! We will definitely be back! More

Buying a car was not on my list of things to do until last month when my car unexpectedly stopped running. I checked out some cars online and decided I would like to look at Altima's and shop around befo last month when my car unexpectedly stopped running. When we arrived at the Nissan dealership, we were greeted by Natalie McHughes. She showed me a Sentra in my price range, explaining that there were no Altima's for my price. When she saw I was not happy, she suggested a Mazda 3. I had not thought about Mazda, but a friend of mine had recently purchased one, so I was open to the idea. Even though I liked the car, the shopper in me still wanted to shop. Natalie did not pressure me at all to buy the Mazda 3, which I really appreciated. As I was giving her my contact information, and getting hers as well, I spotted another car. It was a Mazda 6. We test drove it and I loved it! No more shopping was needed. Although the purchasing process took hours, as it always does, Natalie made the hours tick by with her charming personality. I am so grateful for her guiding me to a car that I love! When the car arrived from detailing, it still had some spots and Natalie, without being asked to, spot cleaned it herself. She even helped me sync my cell phone with the blue tooth in the car and we had a great time figuring out how to do that! I would highly recommend you look up Natalie if you want a fun, no pressure car buying experience! One more thank you to Grant, the sales manager. You also made my experience wonderful. Cruz was so sweet and provided excellent customer service! She went above and beyond to take care of me! My car was finished 45 min before the estimated time of completion. Additionally, Cruz had my car hand washed! Overall, my experience at the Service Department at Nissan of Elk Grove has been wonderful. They went above and beyond to not only satisfy all of my needs, but made the vehicle purchase process very convenient and smooth for me. I never felt pressured to buy a car. Dannielle and Vu were very organized. They provided me with auto quotes based on the various financing and vehicle options. They were very friendly and I appreciated the warm welcome! Honestly, the biggest turn off for me is for a dealership representative to come on strong and pressure me into making a decision that I am not comfortable with. I will attest that you will never receive that treatment at the Nissan of Elk Grove dealership. Vu Huynh made my day when he was able to find a 2014 silver Altima SV! The customer service that Vu provided did not end after I left the dealership. He remembered my top color preference and continued to search all over Northern California for it. Silver is such a high demand color and the supply is usually scarce. I couldn't believe Vu somehow found one for me! He worked his magic! I previously bought a 2012 Altima from Khanh Ho in 2012. He was my sales rep then. My parents also bought their 2003 Nissan Maxima from Khanh. It is always a pleasure to see Khanh. He takes care of me like a family member. Khanh detailed the car and helped with the vehicle prep. I really enjoy giving Khanh a "high-five" because he's a really cool guy. I always receive smiles every time I see him.
