Nissan of Elk Grove

We actually purchased our car from Mazda (2013 Mazda M3 hatchback with skyactive) but because the owner of the dealerships owns Mazda, Nissan and Infinity, our salesman, Maverick America (cool name by the hatchback with skyactive) but because the owner of the dealerships owns Mazda, Nissan and Infinity, our salesman, Maverick America (cool name by the way) came over from the Nissan dealership next door to help us with our car. Maverick was honest and I felt like he really wanted me to get the car that would fit my needs the best -he even made me write out a pros and cons list! He had never sold a Mazda before but was willing to step in and do the best job. Our first trip to Mazda the night before was sub-par and in the morning there was no one available to help us out. That was when Maverick stepped and if it wasn't for him we would have left and purchased a car elsewhere. Thanks Maverick! Heather and Chris More

I had challenged credit and little money for a down payment. To be proactive and save time, I researchd cars online and contacted the internet department in advance. I scheduled an appointment to meet with a salesman to test drive a few different models that caught my interest and fit my budget. I was running 10-15 minutes late and telephoned the dealership to advise him, I was running late but was on my way. However, when I arrived the saleman was gone! I mean he literally left. The beginning of the end had I not been redirected to another salesman, Sal Escorcia. He was like a deer in headlights because he had no idea the circumstances but he didnt complain. He decided it would be best for us to start from scratch and work together to get the car I wanted and the best deal. He jumped right in and said let's get this done. The vehicles I was considering didn't work out for me and I thought all was lost. I left feeling this was like every other car buying experience I've had in the past. Sal encouraged me to remain positive and he'd keep working hard for me and stay in touch. He did just as he promised. We spoke daily, several times a day. Here's the coolest part. I trusted Sal enough to know what I wanted/liked that I had no idea what car I was purchasing until I reached the dealership to sign the contract! He's that amazing. I have nothing but the highest praise for him. I purchased a loaded 2008 Altima that I love. Everytime I get into my car I think of how hard he worked for me. I have and will continue to recommend Sal to anyone looking to buy a new/used Nissan. He really came through for me and I so appreciate him. Thank you Sal. More

We weren't planning on going to Elk Grove Nissan even though we have been looking at Altima 2.5 SL. Their online inventory didn't show the car we were looking for. We had another appointment with another though we have been looking at Altima 2.5 SL. Their online inventory didn't show the car we were looking for. We had another appointment with another dealer (different car), but we were early so we decided to stop by the Nissan dealership. We were greated by a friendly sales team member Steve. Steve was very pleasant from the start. I initially told him that we're just looking and that he didn't have the car we wanted. He took the information, showed us around then asked us if we could wait while he checked the dealer's inventory. Low and behold - Steve did his "magic" and found us the car we have been searching for-for 2 months. The other local Nissan dealers didn't have it and were waiting to "trade" with another dealer. The transaction went smoothly. Steve was just an overall great person: Great personality. Great sense of humor. And most importantly very respectful. Vince also helped us with finalizing the paperwork and walked us through the functionalities of our new Altima. We also enjoyed working with Vince. Vu and Steve were awsome! To say the least I bought a new versa and the service was exceptional! They had everything ready when I came in so my time there was short.
