The courtesy car experience was my biggest problem. My truck was suppose to be ready on a Wednesday afternoon, so I had a friends go pick it up for me. Once she was there she was given a bill of over $400 when I had already been told it would only b afternoon, so I had a friends go pick it up for me. Once she was there she was given a bill of over $400 when I had already been told it would only be $50 because the work was covered by the extended warranty. Then the service advisor that was taking Tina's place realized he had not made note of that. Then my friend noticed that the truck had the same problem it was taken in for. Turns out the technician never took care of the problem and had only taken care of a recall that was needed. So I didn't get the truck until Saturday morning. Customer service was great, but I think there is too much going on and lack of communication due to changing shifts was the problem. More
