Tim went above and beyond to ensure this car was to our liking. There was a soft rubbing sound when I was test driving the vehicle and once Tim heard it he spent no time getting down to business. I pulled over and he went straight under the car (in his nice work clothes) to inspect the vehicle. We ended up pulling it right into service were they went to work. Tim did not ever pressure me when we were negotiating price. He spent the time so we could get to know each other. Lee Lee and Tyler Yu let us test drive the car the first day we walked in. The Sacramento Auto show was coming up and we knew we would be able to test drive other electric cars that day. So we said we would think about it. They gave us their cards, let us know about both government and Nissan's incentives and told us that they were available to answer any questions. About a week later after checking other dealerships and comparing prices we went back to Nissan of Elk Grove and talked to them some more about the lease options. Even though our credit score was low they worked to find us the best option for our tight budget. Joe Luiz worked with us on the actual lease contract. Again we received knowledge and clarity from him. We could not be more pleased with our decision to work with Nissan of Elk Grove and having experienced a coordinated knowledgeable team of people.
