Service Advisor Mike Burke has always provided superior customer service for all of my car's maintenance needs. He is the reason I made Nissan of Elk Grove my first stop (and thankfully the only one!) when customer service for all of my car's maintenance needs. Khanh Ho, Senior Sales Consultant, handled the purchase of my new Nissan and is an excellent sales person with a great sense of humor. He, along with Finance Director Dave Lewis (who is also great to work with and has a wonderful manner), made the process flow smoothly and quickly. This was a very different experience than I have had at other dealerships - extremely pleasant and stress free. On top of that, I got the car I wanted at a price that was much more than competitive with other dealerships. More
Upon entering the service department, I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the operation. I was impressed with the fast and courteous treatment I received. I initially came in for a minor warranty item for replacement, however, I was informed that a recall item was in need of review on my 2006 Titan. I was very appreciative that the service representative identified the recall item, and advised me of such. I received a call later in the afternoon, noting that the warranty work was completed, however, action needed to be taken in regards to the recall item. I was provided a clean rental vehicle for the evening and next day, at no cost to me, due to the extended period of time the repair took to accomplish. When I received my truck, the interior and exterior were cleaned and polished. Nice job!! No "messy leftovers" - very professional. All in all, my experience was great. I purchased my 08 Altima in Feb 08. It was my 2nd purchase in 3 years. My husband and I purchased a Titan in 05. I happened to bump into a Nissan rep on my way out of that dealership and told him about my experience. He suggested that 'next time' I go to Elk Grove Nissan as they had a good reputation. When it was time to get a new car, I did a lot of research and worked with Rosie in their internet sales department (which is the ONLY way to go, in my humble opinion). She was extremely patient with me as I wavered between two models, colors, accessories until I thought I'd drive her crazy. But she didn't back down and continued to help me until I drove off the lot in a car I LOVE. My next purchase will also be a Nissan, and ONLY from Elk Grove Nissan. Their staff are professional and helpful, and I'm amazed that many of the staff my husband and I worked with in 2005 were still there to help us in 2008! I also take my Altima there to be serviced and they are THEE best. Their operation is smooth and the get you in and out as quickly as possible. And most importantly they are patient with somewhat clueless car owners, like me. More

My experience has promted me to write to Elk Grove Nissan and rate them with 5's accross the rating chart provided and in addition recognize one of it's stellar employees who is primarily responsible for winning my wife and I over as lifetime customers ... Kudos to John Brooks in the Service Dept. who handled our every need and concern with professionalism ,kindness and customer service above and beyond what we have ever experienced at Toyota and other dealerships ... he made us aware of all options and kept us in the loop every step of the way ... from Towing our car in - rental options - home/ work dealer drop off transportation , warranty and most importantly costs and dealer discounts and promotions associated with the repairs needed . We have purchased a Titan and Versa from this dealership. This is the second service on my car. The first service was for window tint and when I picked up my car the A/C was on full blast and the radio was o This is the second service on my car. The first service was for window tint and when I picked up my car the A/C was on full blast and the radio was on. When I dropped off my car the A/C and radio were not on. During this visit when I picked up my car, the radio was on, the driver's seat has been moved and in the rear the cargo cover was not attached. I called Cruz to ask her why this would have been taken off. She stated that it was removed due to the part that needed replacing. It would be greatly appreciated to pick up my car(s) in the same way that I dropped them off. More
