I bought my new Versa at Elk Grove Nissan on May 31, 2010 and was very impressed with the sales dept and how well they stuck to their word and how well they treated me. I have raved about it to all my friends and highly reccommended Elk Grove Nissan to everyone! THEN, I took my Versa in for my free oil change to the service dept and boy how everything changed! Not a good experience! I explained I had key issues when I made appointment over the phone and they said they would help me with that as well as change my oil. Unfortunately, the guy who I explained my key situation to didn't really care. Even after I said "it might be operator error, could you show me?" He just said he checked my key, all was good and walked away! (I still cannot lock my car from outside with my key, only works to lock car with button on inside door panel. I have since had friends try it as well.) And as far as the oil change...no 14 point inspection as they so rant about was given to my car. (Actually, how do I really know they changed my oil?) Didn't get a car wash, it was raining, I didn't expect that. BUT, no vacuuming the inside car though either! So my feeling is that this dealership is all about the sale and after that they think they got you locked in. But I can take my car closer to home at another Nissan dealership! I called and complained to the service dept manager,Bob Gallego, and and he sent me a free oil change. That was a good save! I will try it again at the Elk Grove Nissan Service Dept and if I have another bad service experience, then no more! Perhaps this is an isolated incidence and the service is as outstanding as their sales! We will see in 6 months!!!! (I drive my new car very little and needs oil change only every 6 mos.) More

These days it is really hard to find a dedicated employee that loves what they do. Vu was already finished with his work day when I came to look around. Vu stayed with my wife and I until our purchase was finished! I really feel that our buy has made us part of the Elk Grove Nissan family. When the time comes to trade in our other car, we are comming back to deal with Vu. Thank you for the Christmas card Vu!! More

We went in just to "look" at new cars and were very apprehensive due to previous visits to other dealerships. From the moment we stepped onto the lot we were treated with respect and friendliness. Robbie was very knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. He listened to our needs and showed us different cars that might appeal to us. We ended up purchasing a 2010 Altima that day and are very happy that we did. The entire transaction was quite simple and painless! Had a 2000 Nissan Sentra that needed to be traded in. Was looking for another used car and Vu found us a great car. However when it came time to purchase it was discovered a new car would be the way to go. O looking for another used car and Vu found us a great car. Kept the price to what could afford and left with a great 2011 Nissan Versa. The car handles great and we got the greatest deal I think. Grant in finance was amazingly professional and got us through the process quickly. I strongly suggest seeing these 2 men. Vu and Grant. I will be going back to Elk Grove Nissan again and again. More

I thought the customer service was ok I was very please with the work and the price. I actually got the work done for less than the quoted price, and that's a first for me. They also provide me with a free loaner car for two days while my car was in their posession. I definitely will use their service in the future. More
