They’re waiting area is comfortable and clean and they accommodate their customers with free shuttle rides to wherever they need to go. More

I bought a Nissan Sentra that came with Roadside Assistance. I called the Roadside Assistance number and was given the option of contacting Emergency Roadside or "Reporting a Tire Hazard" which I think driving around with a spare tire counts. So the person I was able to get in contact with told me that I tire replacement was covered and that I could take my car to a certified tire shop and get a new tire at no cost to me, the tire shop would simply call the number I called and voila. Well when I called Nissan, the people, has/had no clue what I was\am talking about. I took my car to Nissan and wanted to take it to Nissan because if I'd had taken my car to a regular old tire shop then they wouldn't be able to match the tread of the remaining three tires. Again, they didn't know what I was talking about. Really sucks. However, Kelly has been helpful calling the Roadside Assistance number and getting me through this, she's been amazing. More

This dealership is the best in “Northern” California and I have been coming to this dealership for over 25 years to get car parts and my cars service. This dealership is the best in “Northern” California and trust me, I have tried them all, Folsom, Roseville, Fairfield, even San Francisco and the Elk Grove dealership is the only one with a family atmosphere where you can actually sit down over a cup of coffee with the service advisor or Technican, but I don’t, but that’s how they make you feel. So for the last 9 years, I have always scheduled my appointments with Kelly Toles, she is amazing when checking me in for appointments, nothing but 5 – stars for her. I recommend you guys promote her elsewhere for a even higher profit margin for this dealership. Also, Jocelyn Ramirez who was just promoted to sales, another hidden gem. I can’t forget about parts, Billy, Jeremy and Chris, but the one that really stands out, “Kelly Toles”, thank you for the amazing experience. And yes, the word is out from me about Elk Grove, Nissan. The general manager allowed finance managers to sign each other's mileage statement paperwork for customers with a customer complaint. I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the final result to come out. Talking about fairness, won't be to the customers. They better hope that I get to charge for nothing, otherwise, I will become a frequent small claim court visitor. More
