I have a 2018 Nissan Sentra that needs a 3rd transmission!! It seems these cars need a transmission every 4 years. I just had the transmission replaced at Roseville Nissan. 4 years ago. When I t transmission!! It seems these cars need a transmission every 4 years. I just had the transmission replaced at Roseville Nissan. 4 years ago. When I took the car to the shop, I didn’t ever imagine it for one second that they would say it needed yet another transmission. But since that was the case, I thought I would hear the words so sorry for that and would replace it seeing as how that car had a recall on its cvt transmissions. Is that I was offered to see a salesman twice so that I can get yet I guess another central with a CVT transmission. My car is not worth $8000 and and that’s what they wanted to charge me to fix the car! I take care of my car. I drive it a lot, but I take care of it. I just want them to do what’s right! More

John carefully listened to my concerns and planned the best service solution for my older car with a fair price. John was really patient with me he explained what I needed to do to catch up with my 60k service, I wasn't able to do everything on the list and he was able to narrow down for me what I could do within needed to do to catch up with my 60k service, I wasn't able to do everything on the list and he was able to narrow down for me what I could do within my budget which was pretty cool. He also gave me good advice with regards to my brakes and helped me understand what the issues were and how that impacted if I should service them or not. All around good, down to earth advice. More
