I dropped my car off around 10 am (with an appointment) on my lunch break. My car needed brake fluid replacement, which I am told by other mechanics takes 45 minutes to an hour. I came back over 5 hours la on my lunch break. My car needed brake fluid replacement, which I am told by other mechanics takes 45 minutes to an hour. I came back over 5 hours later after work by Lyft and my car was still not ready. I am not sure they had even started replacing the brake fluid, because I had to then wait over an hour. If I had a choice I would take my car elsewhere but I feel limited as many mechanics will not service EVs. More

We dropped off our car at 1:00 PM for a recall repair and SMOG inspection, making it very clear that we needed the vehicle back by 12:30 PM the following day at the latest. At 12:30 PM the next day, I cal SMOG inspection, making it very clear that we needed the vehicle back by 12:30 PM the following day at the latest. At 12:30 PM the next day, I called to confirm the car was ready for pickup. I was told that the employee handling our vehicle was out to lunch until 1:00 PM. When I called back at 1:15 PM, I was informed that the SMOG inspection had not yet been started, but that our car was next in line. I was assured it would be ready by 2:30 PM. I explained that someone was driving from the Bay Area to purchase the car and that we needed an accurate completion time. Once again, I was reassured that the vehicle would be ready by 2:30 PM. However, when my husband arrived at 3:00 PM, the SMOG inspection had still not begun. He had to wait at the dealership while the work was completed, and the buyer who had driven all the way from the Bay Area was also forced to wait. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. Every time I called, the phone rang for an unusually long time before anyone answered. On my first call, the employee who picked up was carrying on a separate conversation, and I had to confirm that I had actually reached Nissan. While the staff was courteous, they lacked professionalism, communication skills, and respect for their customers' time. The repeated assurances that were not honored created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Fortunately, the vehicle has now been sold, and we will not have to return to this dealership. More

Very nice gentleman. Just wished he'd remembered us since he told us and we booked a two thousand dollar service job. Rental car was a hassle to get and by the time we got home with it, it was less than an hour before the car was ready. So, great service by the service team working on our car. Excellent work and speed. We just hope next mileage check/car update we don't have to say what we're there for multiple times and a rental car be ready and waiting. More

They were fast and polite and checking the car in.
