My service rep, Markus Gomez went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. He met with me promptly, addressed my concerns, and checked in with me twice while I was in their waiting room. When it looked like the need part/repair was going to take an additional 2 hours, he arranged for a rental car so I wouldn’t have to wait there at the dealership. He called me when my car was ready and I picked up a clean car—washed and vacuumed! I’ve been in three times for regular service appointments and have always been impressed by their efficiency and friendly customer service. It is obvious that the service manager is terrific!
