3 Hour Oil Change I made an appointment for an oil change and oil change only. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and told the Service Consultant I would be a I made an appointment for an oil change and oil change only. Two and a half hours later I checked with service consultant on status of oil change and was told the car was still in the lot because the service consultant "forgot" to deliver the service order to the shop so I waited another 30 minutes to complete the oil change. Three hours total for a scheduled oil change is too long! Service consultant apologized for the oversight and didn't charge for the oil change. More

Great Experience I had to take my vehicle in because I heard a knocking noise. The first time, they couldn’t find anything wrong but Melissa said if I heard it again t I had to take my vehicle in because I heard a knocking noise. The first time, they couldn’t find anything wrong but Melissa said if I heard it again to bring it back when I could leave it. I took it back and left it and the had to replace a front strut; I slightly upset that they didn’t find it the 1st time; however they found out the problem, repaired it and I was on my way.
