The Finance team made the paperwork process quick and easy, a fantastic person Mr. David in the team, you should see his vibe and announcement when you make purchase, never to be missed out and his room with toys. The service engineer Mr. Derek J and Mr. Matt, gave me a thorough walk-through of the car's features and answered all my questions about maintenance and care.He even answered silly questions as a new buyer. I had scheduled an appointment with Orlando at 2:15PM on a previous day. I was not seen until about 2:45. The dealership only had one leasing/financial agent available and getting me into a car and out of t a previous day. I was not seen until about 2:45. The dealership only had one leasing/financial agent available and getting me into a car and out of the dealership took too long for my liking, compared to the first time I had signed a lease. Everyone was nice and cordial, I just feel like time management wasn't great and, being seen at my appointment time did agitate me, and having to sit around and wait for so long became frustrating when I had other plans for the day that had to be rearranged.
