STAY AWAY CAUTION! Anyone going to Lease/Buy a Vehicle from NISSAN OF QUEENS please be aware when (finance manager) they do your paperwork, they change the ag CAUTION! Anyone going to Lease/Buy a Vehicle from NISSAN OF QUEENS please be aware when (finance manager) they do your paperwork, they change the agreed price on the vehicle on the contract BE !CAREFUL! of the prize the put on the "Gross Capital Cost" this is where they markup the value of the vehicle and it adds up to increase payment. This is what happened to me, I LEASE a Nissan Kicks S Model, agreed prize with Salesman Elliott, $17,500, with a buyout option at the end of the Lease, when I sat down with Financial Manager ALEX KOGUT to finalize the paper work, he put "GROSS CAPITALIZED COST" of my vehicle $29,685.88, which is: $29,685.88 - $17,500 =12,185.88 and at the end of the Lease a Buyout of $10,449.00 this is how much ALEX KOGUT added to the price which cost an INCREASE of the SALES TAX, RENT CHARGE, and MONTHLY PAYMENTS 36 × $429.00 Just to name a few... I would advise anyone that gave NISSAN OF QUEENS, any better rating than 1 STAR, to PLEASE review your Contract and do a new review, Whoever looking into getting a Vehicle PLEASE try another Dealership NISSAN MOTOR CORP and NISSAN FINANCIAL WOULDN'T help To Sum it: ALEX KOGUT My Monthly Payments is: $429.65 ×36 months =$23,782.75. PLUS he added a BUYOUT for $10,449.00 This is what ALEX KOGUT Contracted me for: $34,231.75 for a Sticker Price on Nissan Kicks $17,500. More

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WASTE OF OUR TIME! After spending 2 hours inspecting, test driving and negotiating our deal for a used vehicle we found on Autolist, they tried not to honor the price th After spending 2 hours inspecting, test driving and negotiating our deal for a used vehicle we found on Autolist, they tried not to honor the price that was quoted and add on $595 for LoJack that they said was included and mandatory, as well as low ball us for our trade. We negotiated further and finally agreed to buy the car and waited for our salesperson Sheena to write up the paperwork, then they gave the keys to someone else to show the car to another customer, while we were discussing if we would finance the car and take it home that day. I think they were trying to put pressure on us and start a bidding war to jack the price up. We explained our frustration, but they did not seem to care or see that what they were doing was wrong. Another salesperson, Sergio, who claimed to be a manager, came over to us with a terrible attitude and it seemed as if he wanted to intimidate us. He accused us of taking too long to check out the vehicle that had a dent and scrape on it and looking at every scratch. He said that they would continue to show the vehicle until we signed the paperwork. I explained that we made an appointment and traveled to see this vehicle and it was not right to sell it out from under us, because Sheena would not complete the paperwork! He was very aggressive and said that if other people came to look at the car, they would let them look at it. All this happened and we did not even make it to the new car showroom (several blocks away) to see the finance manager yet. They were very insulting, rude and unprofessional. We left the dealer and did not buy the car and would never go there or recommend them to anyone. More

In my experience with many dealers over 30 years of buying cars, I can tell you Nissan of queens is hands down the best and the rare one deserving of all 5 stars. I have been a Nissan of Queens customer for over 5 years. In that time I have bought several cars and had all the servicing done at the dealership. They are absolutely fantastic to work with. Unlike so many others, they make sure you have a constant point of contact through out the process. It makes asking questions and getting answers so much easier and enjoyable. I have gotten to know everyone from Dominick Montello to Paul Gibson: they really make you feel like part of the family. All the sales people are great but in particular, I would recommend working with Sergio Contes. The same goes for service where Sandro Tancredi is in charge- he is great! And again, I have nothing but praise for the entire service staff, Harry Boodram is my service advisor and he is amazing. I highly recommend More
