I apologize that you have been frustrated with your recent car buying experience with us. Unfortunately, it is standard procedure in every car dealership to run credit checks to verify credit scores because the credit score the dealer sees is different than the one you have obtained. Auto dealers often use the “auto score” version of the FICO formula to predict the chances of an auto loan, not just any account, incurring late payments. Also, negotiation can take place before or after the dealership accepts and processes your credit application. Again, I am sorry to hear this has been a difficult experience for you and I hope that we can still determine a financing plan that works for you.
