Friendly staff but the few times I’ve taken my care here for service, there has been some communication difficulties. Once they told me my car was all done, and they filled up the gas tank for free only to for service, there has been some communication difficulties. Once they told me my car was all done, and they filled up the gas tank for free only to find out they mixed me up with someone else and the shocks needed replaced which would take a few more hours. Another time they recommended to replace transmission fluid and spark plugs, which I didn’t want to do at the time and I got an email a few days later reminding me that they recommended replacing tires with nothing said about spark plugs or transmission. And none of this was on the paperwork. They are not good at keeping things straight. It was different service person each time. It also seems to me they care more about getting 5 stars than actual service. More

Good variety but I was disappointed with the wait on a Saturday despite having an appointment. I purchased the perfect car for my son despite being offered another cheaper option.
