He has the best skills when it comes to customer service. Always smiling, making the client feel so welcomed, extremely communicative, so reachable. Some employees may have good technical skills but Marcell has the best skills, human skills! Communication, politeness, gives the client the sense of security and confidence, greets the clients with smile (even though was 7:30am), basically 101 human communication skills which is lacking so much nowadays. Which is why Marcell stands out not only because of his skills but also in contrast with some of his work mates. I am making such a big statement because I have 10 years of sales and marketing experience, I've been the Keystone Speaker at many cooperate conferences and Marcell is the ideal type of employee! Schedules an appointment at 7am for an oil change. Waited and didn't get my car back until 9:45am. I was the first car. I was told mechanics don't come into 8am.
