Coming from a customer who owns a Mazda and uses the dealership next to you for that vehicle, customer service or a lack of customer service is the biggest difference when going to Nissan of Torrance fo dealership next to you for that vehicle, customer service or a lack of customer service is the biggest difference when going to Nissan of Torrance for service. No one greets you and the entire team seems entirely uninterested in helping you. The virtual inspection video was good, but no video for the actual work you're paying for? Other dealers do that without having to ask these days. Upon picking up my vehicle, same lack of customer service and I witnessed another unhappy customer based on his experience there that day. Long story short, I will be switching to another Nissan dealer for service moving forward. More

they get the job done and they're pretty communicative. I will be visiting them again. I had a small issue with the service.
