To be honest, I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Nissan Torrance for two major reasons. First, the service waiting time was far longer than what I was originally told, whic frustrating experience at Nissan Torrance for two major reasons. First, the service waiting time was far longer than what I was originally told, which showed a clear lack of respect for customers’ time. Second, when I purchased my current car, the dealer explicitly promised me three free oil changes. Despite this promise, I was charged over $100 for the service. When I raised this issue, I was told by the general manager that there was no record of this promise in my contract and that nothing could be verified because the dealer who made the promise had resigned. While the general manager eventually approved a free service for that day, he refused to honor the remaining two oil changes. I found this response unacceptable. A dealership should stand by the promises made by its representatives, not dismiss them simply because an employee has left. I asked how I could trust a dealership where verbal promises are easily ignored and no one takes responsibility. Instead of offering a solution, the general manager repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. This experience left me feeling misled, disrespected, and extremely frustrated. I have completely lost trust in Nissan Torrance and will not return there again. More
