The dealership is cool. They tend to play the music too loudly while the tv is on. Also, my appointment took about 2 hrs which I don’t know if that is usual or because of lack of employees. Again, when I pull up in the service area no one is there to greet me like in previous times. Also, the reward system needs to be adjusted. My email and/or phone number should be enough to apply points, instead I still have to tell the cashier I am a rewards member. It’s the 21st Century there has to be a better way to obtain points than me having to tell the cashier every time. Also, if I use my points I can’t receive points for that service. So I had $3 to use but my service points was like 200 so it was an either or situation. Manny was cool. I’m use to Claudio but he’s no longer there but I’ll stick with Nanny he was just as awesome.
