I had an excellent experience at Nissan of Torrance. Car shopping is always stressful and time consuming but Mandez (MJ) made it as easy and smooth as possible. Manny was very helpful. I was at the service department before it opened and he opened up for me so I could come in and be comfortable. Quality of work poor. Charged for an alignment and they did not do it. Had to come back rear wheel visually cambered in and the steering wheel was not centered.
