Totally understand it was busy, but it took them 30 minutes to check me in for service and then 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Had to come up to the front desk twice (even though my vehicle is done) just to have them begin processing my vehicle return. Completely understand how busy they were, but they only had ONE person manage the front desk while multiple other people were just lounging around. More
While Marcell was excellent and supportive of my needs, the dealership mechanics ultimately failed to diagnose and solve the persistent issue I was experiencing. While I appreciate their effort, at the end of the day I would have hoped they could provide a solution for me. The car runs, but not nearly as smooth as it should be given it's very low mileage.
