Hello Mr. Matt Ting, we read and understood your concerns therefore we pulled the walk-around pictures and noticed quite a few scratches on your vehicle; however, the side you are concerned about not only had scratches, but it also has a large dent. I sent you an email with the picture for reference. We are truly disappointed to have received a negative review due to the scratch you noticed upon arriving home, but based on our pictures those scratches were already there.
