I’ve been to this dealership three times. The prior two occasions, Richard was my service advisor and he is very nice and knowledgeable. On my recent (third) visit I had Alisa. What bothers me about this dealership is that you wait 10-15 minutes for a service advisor to come and meet when you come in to check in. Each time that was the wait and I have an appointment. They need to do a better job checking people in. More

I was very unhappy with my service advisor. First he told me I needed $800 worth of service work done because it was the reason why my car was running BAD. This was before it was even checked! I declined and found I would have paid all that money for nothing because the problem was totally something else. Then he told me my car needed to go to a body shop because someone barely hit my back bumper but after talking to the service mgr I found this was not true. Then he put on my paperwork that my car was in a collision WHICH IS NOT TRUE. My car was barely bumped in a parking lot and scratched up a bit. My side mirror was damaged on the outside cover only while going through a car wash. Why he wrote up a report stating my car was in a collision I do not know. My ex husband was a mechanic for Mercedes and I know for a fact that Car Dealerships push mechanics and service advisors to sell people work that’s not really necessary. I have had 5 Nissans but this will be the last one I will purchase. More
