Bad Experience I felt I should of gotten a better price. After purchase I looked the car up on KBB. Kelly Blue Book value was lower..I should of researched more. Upon further inspection of the vehicle, a front piece of the body wasn't attached properly and had to be reattached....i was first told I had to bring it back up to Venice. Even tho I was told during purchase that any problems could be handled by any Nissan dealer. I got them to allow me to bring it to Sutherland Nissan. It was an inconvenience to say the least. While there I was informed that the rear of the car also needs repaired!!! They are claiming it appears to be "hit and run" damage. Therefore will not fix. They said I would need to make an insurance claim or pay for it out of pocket. I believe the damage was there when I purchased the car. I just didn't notice as it is minimal. I expected that the vehicle would have been thoroughly inspected by the dealer and disclose anything that was less than par. Apparently this isn't the case. Obviously the front end piece was overlooked....easy to overlook the rear damage too! I also asked if they would fill the gas tank up. I had noticed it was at half a tank during the test drive. I didn't notice until I left that they had Not filled the gas tank! Disappointing. I just spent 17k and you couldn't put $12 in gas in so we wouldn't have to stop on the way home an hour and a half? There were some scratches I wanted fixed. At first I was told the Service department was closed and they couldn't get at the repair pens. I asked that it be mailed. Carl was then magically able to make one appear!!! He proceeded to use the pen on a couple of scratches. I said thank you and put my hand out for him to give me the pen. I would need to apply the clear coat after it dried. He knew this and shook my hand instead. This was very irritating. Carl didn't want to let me have the $12 scratch pen!!! I nearly lost my cool at that point. George could see that and directed Carl to give me the pen. More

WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN On Wednesday 26th 2018, we called the sales office and spoke to Tom Deveney. We had seen an advertised vehicle on Autotrader. We called to verify the On Wednesday 26th 2018, we called the sales office and spoke to Tom Deveney. We had seen an advertised vehicle on Autotrader. We called to verify the price and to make sure the mileage and other info was correct. We especially specified the price, as we did not want to drive over an hour each way for no reason. After my wife got there, just for walking in the door the price went from $7800.00 to $12,000 but they would discounted to $9200.00. But the $9200.00 does not include all the extra thousands of dollars for fees like looking over the car after it is brought in. So back to $12,000.00. WE CALLED BEFORE HAND TO VERIFY ALL THIS. After being shown an advertisement with their name, logo and the car information that match the one that we were talking about, Tom proceeded to inform my wife that sometimes the dealership is in such a hurry to put it online that they sometimes put the wrong price on there without verifying the price with the vehicle. That really doesn't sound like a good or honest business practice. More

We were immediately met by Storm Davis and greeted with a smile. We already knew the car we wanted to see and he quickly got it and set up the test drive. My friend loved the car and we were presented the offer to buy the car and trade in her current vehicle. At this point we were greeted by Patrick Wakefield (GM). Through very open and transparent conversation we came to a fair deal for both parties. My friend was happy and they gained a new client!!! This dealer wants to do deals and takes time with no pressure to make it happen. I highly recommend stopping in for any new or pre-owned needs. More
