This past week, the Air Conditioning in my Ford Raptor had somehow stopped working. I went to my local Ford Dealership and they were no help, my AC was still not working so I brought the car into my perso had somehow stopped working. I went to my local Ford Dealership and they were no help, my AC was still not working so I brought the car into my personal mechanic so he could look at the problem. He recommended me to the Norm Reeves Ford Superstore in Cerritos. I took my truck over there and they had immaculate service. However, there was one person in particular that really stood out to me. Rafael Gonzales-Mora was incredible at his job, he takes pride in his work and took great care of me and my truck, The air conditioning in my truck has never been better. From now on, every time I go to the Ford Superstore I will be looking for Rafael Gonzales-Mora.
