Unable to get a refund of deposit paid to Norm Reeves Ford. Totally unhelpful and unresponsive. Currently I have been trying since 7/22 to get my $500.00 back but dont get calls back or responses to e- Ford. Totally unhelpful and unresponsive. Not correct and just another dodging tactic because they seem totally unaware of how the deposit system with Ford works. Shameful!!
