Overall I had a great experience. Things started a little rocky when I made an appointment with a sales associate, and that particular associate failed to show up that day. I was then helped by Anthony who w rocky when I made an appointment with a sales associate, and that particular associate failed to show up that day. I was then helped by Anthony who was great. Unfortunately, Anthony changed his workplace, but luckily Mike O’Connor was there to help. O’Connor was able to track down my information and the status of my vehicle very promptly. O’Connor kept in constant communication with me, and always made sure we were on the same page. He listened well to all of my needs and concerns, and made me feel at ease and confident about my purchase. He was even able to help me out with a couple items free of charge, as a gesture of good business. Fortino helped me with the financing, and he was great. Very personable and professional. I would highly recommend working with these two individuals. Great professionals! More
