I sat for approx. 30 min in my car and watched clients arriving after me being assisted. Jose was the only individual who approached & asked how could he assist me; although there were others who walked arriving after me being assisted. Excellent care from my service advisor however, my initial arrival lacked greatly! The service department has definitely changed! While I was waiting for my vehicle I decided to look at the Ford Expeditions as I'm considering upgrading; only to realize there were none on the showroom floor. So, I decided to ask a sales representative did they have any. The reply I received was yes, over there behind that building. So, l stood there expecting more information. It wasn’t until I began to walk away did he attempt to engage me further. Amazing! So, I decided to go sit down and wait for my vehicle. Already had two strikeouts.....didn’t need or want a third! I came in 7/17 to purchase a 2017 Ford explorer. I know my credit was bad so I thought if I paid 15,000 on a 31,000 dollar car it would suffice. It did not. Less than two weeks later I got a call and letter stating I needed to retrun the vehicle. Upon the return of the vehicle I spoke with several nice gentlemen, but "Jessie" Jesus Martínez stood out to me. He was rude via text messages between him and I prior, and rude in person. He accused me of having fraudulent bank statements and fraudulent pay check stubs and said he was going to call the police on me and report me to fraud. I am a young, black, hardworking student and mother of five. This was a terrible experience and I don't wish it on anyone. I left the dealership in an uber in tears. I'm patiently awaiting my 15,000 check as promised. More

Rafael Gonzales was my Service Adviser Rep., And he is wonderfully patient and very helpful. He helped me out with narrowing down my choices for the best tire for my Flex, and the guys there got my car ru wonderfully patient and very helpful.
