Karla, Neri and Jesse are awesome they made my purchase easy and quick. They’ve attended all of my concerns on a timely manner. They’re very diligent on answering txt and phone calls. Unfortunately on our way home the Mustang 2018 GT that I Purchased misfired and that have the car vibrating so hard. I was so furious called them and Neri handled it smoothly. Aside from the hustle this incident cause me all is good now. Brought the car to the nearest ford dealership and get it check. Covered by the warranty as it should be. And they’re reimbursing the Tow charge as well. I’m still waiting for the check though. I guess they should check the car properly before releasing it and make sure when detailing the the engine no water will reach then spark plugs coz that’s what happened to mine. So other than that these 3 person that I work with deserves a 5 star. More
