I’m a bit torn with this review because, service has been ok, my service manager was fantastic. I have taken my vehicle in several times recently for the same issue. They could not figure the problem and on ok, my service manager was fantastic. I have taken my vehicle in several times recently for the same issue. They could not figure the problem and on the third visit they realized that what was wrong. It was frustrating that they couldn’t get to the solution sooner, as it was time consuming to keep dropping off and picking up my vehicle and having to get a rental. Raymond that handled the issue for me is absolutely fantastic! I honestly wish I could deal with him all of the time. However, I feel the other service men that lack customer service. On several occasions, when I would walk Into their offices and Raymond wasn’t present no one would greet me. I would stand there for up to 3-5 minutes without so much as a hello. The first time I brushed it off, but I then began paying attention. One in particular is the gentleman that works with Lincoln and sits closest to the guys that work with Ford. It’s disenchanting to witness. Especially when it’s not extremely busy. Raymond has had stellar customer service, and has gone above and beyond. More

Jose was kinda and helped me get through the check in process as quick as possible. I took my truck in on Tuesday for a blown exhaust hose and several other warranty issues and receive back my truck on Thursday.
