He made it possible not only to show us what they had in the model that we wanted but took the time to explain the difference in features and benefits. We didn’t only buy the car but were out in a record amount of time getting to our appointment. Unwilling to help I purchased a new 2018 Ford Escape from Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos and traded in my 2007 Honda Pilot on 4/6/19.In August I received a traffic citati I purchased a new 2018 Ford Escape from Norm Reeves Ford in Cerritos and traded in my 2007 Honda Pilot on 4/6/19.In August I received a traffic citation showing I was still the owner of the car. I called the dealership and advised them of the citation they stated no one was available to take my call but that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I left several messages and nothing. I finally got a call back from Fabby who was not helpful at all. She told me they sold the car to auction and my name will remain on the title until car is sold. Obviously the car was sold because someone is driving it around getting citations. Fabby did nothing to address my concerns and offered no solutions. Her poor judgment to dismiss my concerns as nothing she wanted to do is unacceptable.I would never recommend this dealership as they have very poor customer service and now I have to figure out on my own how to release myself from title of a car I no longer have and fix a problem I did not create because the dealership refuses to fix the problem they dropped the ball on. I should have been released from title the day I traded in the car on 4/6/19 and not have to deal with this problem 6 months later. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB maybe this will get their attention. again would NEVER recommend this dealership. More

There was about 1K miles remaining on original manufacturers warranty, and Ford/Norm Reeves really lived up to it, going even beyond what I'd expected. In the past few years, Raymond Quintero has been my point man for service (I guess they call it "service advisor"). He is fantastic, responsive, responsible, and a pleasure to deal with. More
