An unprofessional experience I made an appointment to have my Explorer checked out for overheating. I had received a text message letting me know that at any time I could use the I made an appointment to have my Explorer checked out for overheating. I had received a text message letting me know that at any time I could use the number to get updates on their progress. When I made an inquiry, Daniel responds using all caps (shouting in my opinion) that he had nothing for me. No updates on the progress. More than 4 hours later I asked again. Was told they had just found the problem, at closing time, and my car would be repaired and ready early afternoon the next day. Not happy with the situation but no options available, I resign myself to the fact that the car will be ready the next day. I waited all day for some news and once again, less than 90 minutes till closing I get the news that it’s not finished again. The service department showed no concern for being timely, courteous or open with communication. I will not be returning to this dealership ever again. Not for service and probably not to purchase my next car. More
