Miles was a great sales representative, he was very straightforward. I was buying my first car and was worried about being swindled, however he was very down to earth and explained everything to me in straightforward. First of all, I am not one to go onto social media sites to tell people of my experiences. However, the purchase of my new truck from Cerritos Ford was so exceptional that I feel the need. I called the de to tell people of my experiences. However, the purchase of my new truck from Cerritos Ford was so exceptional that I feel the need. I called the dealership and made an appointment with Mr. O'Connor, I arrived on time and the whole dealership knew I was coming, the receptionist, Francesca, called me by name and then Mr O'Connor promptly arrived with his hand extended. We toured the lot and was unable to find a vehicle that I was interested in, but Mr. O'Connor wasnt going to let that stop me from purchasing. He got on his computer, his slooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, 1985 computer, complete with 3.5 floppy disk and found me the truck I wanted in the next town. Cerritos Ford secured and obtained my vehicle. I arrived the next day, and the truck had all the bells and whistles that anyone could want. Mr. O'Connor personally showed me how to operate all the Sync services, paired my phone, answered all of my questions about the vehicle. We went back to his desk, he verified that I was happy, handed me off to the finance person, Fabby, and within minutes I was on my way in my new vehicle.
