Bill, we're sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience with our service department. After reviewing our records it appears we inspected the vehicle and found it needed two new batteries and a battery service. However, you declined the service and decided to handle the battery replacement on your own. It was also noted that when we opened the hood, there is an aftermarket air filter that had fallen off. It appears that the air filter might come into contact with the hood when closed. We aim to provide our customers with reliable and thorough service and we are saddened to hear that you didn't have that experience.
