Made an app for svc, explained during the call that I needed 2 other things checked for the service of my vehicle. The person on the phone books appt, never telling me that if I check my car in at 2:30 p needed 2 other things checked for the service of my vehicle. I show up 10 min early for appt. Ppl passing by, no one acknowledged me at all, no one asked why I was there. I went over to the service desk and proceed to tell the guy I would like to check my car in. Rude tone (like if I was stupid) says to me "yeah, we know, someone will be out there" 20 MIN LATER I am still checking in my car, being told that I now have to bring my car back because they don't have the time for all my services. Mind you it was not Tim's fault while he is checking me in but to top it off, everyone at that point were quick to tell me that if I could definitely pick up my car by 4 because they close! Customer service rating for apologetic Tim, 4 (he tried to make it better) but seriously I won't be going back. Wasted 30 min for a check in and now I'll have to waste a whole other day to get the rest svcd. Yeah, no thanks! More
